I thought it would be fun to paint a flying pig. I wanted to get away from the stereotypical flying pig with tiny, all white wings, and create something more majestic. I'm surprised by the lack of decent flying pig representations. Anyways, I was planning to create and animate a realistic 3d flying pig for a future project, so I guess this is sort of a conceptual illustration.
